Dawn graduated from Loughborough University with an Honours degree in European Studies. She later completed the postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and has also achieved the Certificate in Company Directorship from the Institute of Directors. Dawn has worked for a number of companies, with previous roles including working as marketing director for Metskill (formerly Steel Training Ltd), now part of the Semta Group. She has also worked as a freelance marketing consultant, marketing manager at Economatics Ltd, and communications manager for the Spring Research and Manufacturers’ Association. Dawn has over ten years knowledge and experience of providing advice and guidance on skills and training to the metals and wider engineering sectors
