Plant and Works Exhibition 18 May 2010

The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association confirms presence at the Plant and Works Exhibition

The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) has confirmed it will be exhibiting at the Plant & Works Exhibition (www.pwe2010.com) between 8-10 June at the NEC, Birmingham to highlight further improvements to its TEAM card registration and identity scheme.

Designed to ensure that only properly qualified engineers are permitted to test, examine and maintain overhead lifting equipment, the TEAM card will now be backed by a log-book that provides comprehensive and up-to-date details of the holder’s relevant work experience.

Exhibitors at the Plant & Works Exhibition will be a mix of suppliers of plant and maintenance equipment and related products and services. Handling and Storage exhibitors are also present in force at this year’s show with Combilift, the highly successful Irish forklift manufacturer making its show debut alongside materials handling solutions supplier Jungheinrich, and Mastermover to name but a few.

The NEC in June 2010 is set to be the focus of the largest manufacturing and engineering event of 2010. Plant and Works Exhibition, Drives and Controls Show, Air-Tech, and the International Fluid Power Exhibition (IFPEX) taking place between the 8-10 June at the NEC, Birmingham will form part of the manufacturing and engineering series of shows alongside MACH 10, Subcon, and Electrex.

Show organiser DFA Media believes its series of events ensures industry professionals will be able to gain the broadest insight concerning what industry solutions are currently available on the market.

Visitors to the events can take full advantage of all co-located exhibitions to assess and fulfil all their manufacturing strategy needs.
